Where will I ride?
The Stable we have chosen resides on over
10,000 acres of pristine Belize Rainforest. The wildlife residing
there is exceptional. The
ride will guide you along the
vast
savannahs, through
Jungle trails
encompassing untouched nature.
You will have the chance to sight Howler and Spider monkeys. Because all
wildlife can be elusive at times a keep eye along the trail, you will
never know what you will spot!
Can I bring along my whole group?
The Stable we service is one of the most
exclusive Resorts in Belize. We are limited to the number of
passengers we can service at the Resort hence all Passengers must be
reserved for either the horseback or Spa Treatments.
We
do understand your 2yr old may have to enjoy the resort with Mom or Dad
while you ride, and that Granma may not be able to ride with you, one or
two members of your group may be allowed to relax at the resort while
you ride, unfortunately it is availability dependant as this tour is not
a Resort Break. Please ensure to reserve early as availability is
truly minimal.

Belize horseback riding Tour

Belize horseback riding is a treat in
wildlife, savannah and rainforest exploration. Our Belize
horseback riding stable is located just one hour away from the
Belize City Cruise Ship Terminal. With over 10,000 acres
of lush tropical surroundings you will be able to truly explore
the hidden secrets of Mayan Rainforest with your gentle horse.
Keeping to tradition only small groups of up to 12 people will
be riding at one time with our informative guide. After
the horses are fitted at the Stable The horses are all of pure stock,
descendants of Spanish horses brought to Central America years
ago. They are healthy, The horseback riding excursion is very flexible and can accommodate all levels of expertise. There are two areas in which you can choose to ride, the open savannah area or along the jungle trails. You will be allowed to walk, canter, gallop etc as the small groups allow the guide to provide much more freedom to the individual rider. The excursion is approximately 5.5hrs with the ride being approximately 1 hour in length.
Following your
horseback ride you can take a cool dip in the pool, enjoy a relaxing
lunch or drinks by the bar. The property is a All excursions are organized to depart according to each individual Cruise Ship Arrival and Departure Time in Belize. All excursion departures differ from day to day depending on the Ship in Port in order to assure an adequate meeting time at the Port as well as a safe return back to the Port before your Ship's departure. TIPS: Horseback riding is fun and exciting, bring a pair of Jeans and tennis shoes, as well as t-shirt/shorts and a bathing suit. You will be able to change in one of the many changing rooms found on the Resort. For those of you with children the menu does not mention any child friendly options, the Resort does have hotdogs, hamburgers and sandwiches available, just make sure to ask. The juices are all fresh and exceptional. Try the watermelon juice it's simply delicious! |
